When the inclination angle of the coal seam is large, an anti-skid device shall be installed. The flexible squeegee conveyor allows bending in the horizontal and vertical directions of 2° to 4°. 
The working principle of the scraper conveyor: 
The open chute is used as a receiving member for coal, vermiculite or material, and the scraper is fixed on the chain (constituting the scraper chain) as a traction member. When the head drive is activated, the sprocket on the driven head shaft rotates, causing the scraper chain to circulate and move the animal material along the chute until the head is unloaded. The scraper chain bypasses the sprocket for a stepless closed cycle operation to complete the material transport. 
The components of the scraper conveyor consist of: 
The main structure and the components of the various types of scraper conveyors are basically the same, and it consists of three parts: the head, the middle part and the tail part. 
In addition, there are auxiliary components such as a hydraulic jack device for the pusher conveyor and a chain tensioner for the chain. The head of the machine consists of a headstock, an electric motor, a fluid coupling, a reducer and a sprocket. The middle part is composed of a transition groove, a middle groove, a chain and a scraper. The tail of the machine is the device for the return of the scraper chain. The tail of the heavy-duty scraper conveyor, like the nose, is also equipped with a power transmission device that distinguishes the upper and lower heads from the installed position. 
Scraper conveyors are important transportation tools used to transport materials such as coal mines, chemical mines, metal mines and power plants. It consists of a central trough, chain, scraper and traction system. Among them, the central trough is the main part of the scraper conveyor. The steel central trough has a history of nearly one hundred years. In the long-term use process, it has the following disadvantages: 1 heavy, installation and handling time and labor; 2 central trough is generally Made of 6~15mm steel plate, it is easy to deform when subjected to large impact, and it is difficult to repair; 3 poor corrosion resistance; 4 poor wear resistance; 5 material and central groove have large friction coefficient, and the scraper conveyor has high power Partially consumed by the friction between the material and the central trough, resulting in excessive energy consumption and increased investment. 
The use of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene is the middle plate for the manufacture of the scraper conveyor, which can solve the problems of the steel intermediate plate and obtain a plastic scraper conveyor. For small scraper conveyors, scraper conveyors can be made by modifying ultra high molecular weight polyethylene. For the large scraper conveyor of the above-mentioned walking shearer, the steel-plastic composite method should be adopted, and the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene should be used as the lining to improve the wear resistance of the large scraper conveyor, prolong the service life and reduce the friction coefficient. Reducing power consumption and reducing the requirements for traction and transmission systems is of great significance for large scraper conveyors.
